Why I Keep Buying This Despite It Breaking
So yeah, my first JisuLife Ultra 2 died after 6 months. Motor just stopped working one day. Couldn’t return it cause no warranty receipt.
But I bought another one. Why? Cause nothing else works this well for my specific use cases.
Use Case 1: Budget Airlines with Zero Airflow
Budget airlines like Scoot, Jetstar, AirAsia – the AC vents above your seat either don’t work or barely blow any air. On a 7 hour flight to Tokyo, that’s torture.
I place this fan on the tray table or front seat pouch. Set it to gear 2 or 3. Instant personal airflow.
Battery is insane. Used it for 5 hours straight on gear 2, still had 70% left. That’s probably 15-20 hours total runtime on medium speed.
JisuLife claims 25 hours on lowest speed. I believe it. This thing just keeps going.
Use Case 2: Winter Country Hotels Without AC
This is the game changer for me. When I travel to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong in winter, hotels don’t have AC cooling. Only heating.
Problem is I cant sleep when it’s too warm. Room gets stuffy at night even with heating off.

9000mAh battery is overkill in the best way. Charge it once, use it for days.
On medium speed (gear 2-3), I get easily 15-20 hours. On low speed? Probably 25 hours like JisuLife claims.
Even on high speed (gear 5-7), still get like 5-8 hours which is enough for long haul flights.
Quieter Than First Version
My current unit is noticeably quieter than my first one. Maybe JisuLife improved the motor, maybe I just got lucky with QC.
On gear 1-3, it’s whisper quiet. Can use it in library or on plane without bothering people.
On gear 5+, yeah it gets louder but still not annoyingly loud. Just normal fan noise.

Never actually used this feature cause I have dedicated powerbanks. But nice to have in emergency.

My first JisuLife Ultra 2 lasted exactly 6 months. One day the motor just stopped spinning. Button still worked, screen still lit up, but blades wouldn’t turn.

Why Not Just Get XPower or Xiaomi?
Valid question. XPower F16 is $39, has good battery, reliable.
But battery isn’t as good. 4400mAh vs 9000mAh. For long flights and multi-day use, that difference matters.
Xiaomi Mini is even cheaper at $25. But it’s more designed for desk use, not portable handheld.
If JisuLife Ultra 2 lasted 2-3 years, it would be worth $96. But at 6 months lifespan? Better off buying XPower and replacing it every year.
